The large-scale drawings in Palimpsest regard the fallibility of maps and are specifically designed to depict simultaneity, of location or time through tracing geo-bodies at a global scale. The intent of these drawings is to consider how we perceive our world as individuals and how we can have a greater hope for a collective culture, past, and future; as opposed to living as separate national communities, there could be a greater acceptance of diverse cultures, in addition to emergent ones.
